Filter Press

Filter press is a kind of structure which provides close chamber for filtration. Structure is either made of cast iron or fabricated from steel. Plates are made from polypropylene and arranged in to the structure. The plates are tightened by different methods like manual capstan type, ratchet type, hand hydraulic and power pack operated hydraulic cylinder. The filter press is available in different size. Filter press can be equipped with either chamber type (recess type) filter plates, plate and frame type filter plates or with membrane type filter plates.
