The company has two divisions namely Foundry and Filter Press, which manufacture separate product lines. Sand Casting and Machining falls under the foundry division that includes Ductile iron, Steel Casting, etc. This division also offers services to the customers. Foundry Division- The Foundry division of Heattrans Equipments Pvt. Ltd. focuses on manufacturing quality Sand Castings made of ductile iron (SG Iron), steel casting and the CI grade material. The Foundry has a capacity of manufacturing casting of 1200 MT per month to meet the increasing market demands. Some of the products manufactured in the division are Ductile Iron (SG Iron) Casting, Gray Cast Iron Casting, Steel Casting. The division also offers machining services to our esteemed clients. We offer machining services in collaboration with our business partners. The products in this division are manufactured as per ASTM, BS, DIN and other international standards. As a part of FluidTech Group of companies, we have been extended engineering expertise by the parent group, but have appointed our own team of experts over the time to take on the challenging job of producing quality grade castings.

Filterpress Division- One of the first in using dewatering technologies, the Filterpress division builds the most efficient filtering systems. Ductile Iron (SG Iron) Casting- Ductile iron is increasingly used for manufacturing a very wide range of components in which it can replace gray iron because of its superior properties. It finds application in automotive components, agricultural equipment and general engineering purposes. It is suitable for better machinability and castability. It provides higher tensile strength and less deflection under load conditions.
Gray Cast Iron Casting- For a number of mechanical properties, Gray Iron Casting is suitable for many engineering applications, especially where intricacy of design is required. Gray Iron Casting is commonly used when ductility is not a factor. It provides advantages in the areas of cost, excellent machining, dampening capacity (ability to absorb vibrations), good wear and tear characteristics (self lubricating) and compressive strength. It is highly suitable for manufacturing valves, suspension parts, bearing caps and various automotive and agricultural items.

Filter Press- Filter press provides close chamber for filtration. Its structure is either made of cast iron or fabricated from steel.
Automatic Filter Press- Automatic Filter Press is similar to the normal Filter Press. It is equipped with PLC and control panel along with auto cake removal system. Automatic filter press reduces the filter press closing time and cake removal time substantially.
Filter Plates- There are various types of Filter Plates including Chamber Filter Press (Recess Type), Plates and Frame Filter Plates, and Membrane Filter Plates. These are widely used for unobstructed flow of liquid.
